The wafer-thin sheets, made from rice flour and with a diameter of 22 cm can be used in many different ways and can be filled for example with minced chicken, shrimp or vegetables (vegetarian variety). XO Rice Paper is low in calories and easy to digest. XO Rice Paper provides ample space for rolling and folding, allowing you to easily encase your desired ingredients to create perfectly sized spring rolls. To prepare, simply dip the rice paper in warm water for a few seconds until it becomes pliable, then lay it flat on a clean surface to fill and roll.
