Description
Takoyaki is diced octopus inside a round ball of dough. The dough is wheat flour mixed with eggs and flavored with dashi soup. The flavor of the dashi really comes out when the takoyaki is eaten piping hot, and this, combined with its pleasant aroma, makes it an addictive snack.
