DESCRIPTION :
Hoisin sauce is commonly used as a glaze for meats, dipping sauce, and/or for stir-fry dishes. It is often called as “Chinese Barbecue Sauce” as it has similar tastes to that of an American Barbecue sauce. Its texture is thick but intensely flavorful. The main ingredient is fermented soybean paste which gives it the sweet, spicy and tangy flavor. It is an irresistibly delicious sweet sauce made from selected spices, ground soybeans, and sweet potatoes. Excellent for marinating, stir-frying or dipping.
